Lauren Parrish has spent her career building, owning, and growing brands with a clear point of view and a focused product offering.

From early roles at James Perse, Splendid, and Ya Ya (now Reformation), to co founding Brochu Walker, launching ParrishLA, and leading teams at Rachel Zoe and St. John/Lanvin Group, Lauren has always been drawn to brands built around exceptional product, thoughtful design, and a distinct point of view.

Throughout her career, she developed a deep appreciation for focused collections and the emotional connection people have with the pieces they wear most.

A lifelong lover of vintage, she has always been inspired by clothing with character, authenticity, and a story to tell. After decades spent building brands and businesses for others, and watching those brands grow, Lauren realized she wanted to take everything she had learned and create the brand she had always dreamed of building herself. Betty & George is the result of that journey.

Throughout her career, Lauren has been obsessed with product. The fit. The details. The way something feels when you put it on. She thinks about how a garment sits on the body, what you wear it with, where you're going, and whether it truly earns a place in your closet.

But at the end of the day, the questions are actually quite simple:

Do I look good?

Do I feel good?

Do I feel sexy?

Do I feel cool?

And will I want to wear it again tomorrow?

Those questions have guided every collection Lauren has ever worked on. Inspired by vintage favorites, family memories, and a lifelong appreciation for thoughtful design, Betty & George was created to make getting dressed a pleasure. Pieces designed to work with trousers, dresses, skirts, and, of course, your favorite vintage jeans.

Because the best products aren't always the most complicated. They're the ones you can't get enough of. The ones that become part of your daily uniform. The ones that make you feel like the best version of yourself.

For Lauren, Betty & George is the collection she always wanted to create.

Welcome to Betty & George.
